Shipping & Delivery Policy
At GreenOpia, we are committed to delivering your wellness, skincare, haircare and personal-care products safely and within the estimated delivery timeline. Please read this Shipping & Delivery Policy before placing your order on GreenOpia.in.
1. Order Confirmation
Once your order has been successfully placed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address and/or mobile number provided by you at checkout.
The order confirmation only acknowledges receipt of your order. Acceptance of the order will take place once the products are confirmed, processed and dispatched.
You will receive a separate notification containing the shipment and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
2. Cash on Delivery Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may receive an order confirmation email, SMS, WhatsApp message or verification call from our team.
Your COD order may be processed only after successful confirmation through the available communication channel. GreenOpia reserves the right to cancel an unconfirmed COD order.
COD availability may depend upon the delivery location, order value, product category and the serviceability policies of our logistics partners.
3. Order Processing and Dispatch
We generally dispatch orders within 2 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Business days exclude Sundays, public holidays and any other days on which our office or logistics partners are not operational.
Each product is inspected and securely packed before being handed over to our authorised delivery partner.
Products included in the same order may be dispatched separately, depending upon product availability, warehouse location or logistical requirements. In such cases, you may receive your order in more than one shipment.
4. Estimated Delivery Timeline
Orders are generally delivered within 5 to 8 business days from the date of order confirmation.
The delivery timeline is an estimate and may vary depending upon:
- Delivery location and PIN code serviceability;
- Availability of the product;
- Public holidays or regional restrictions;
- Weather conditions or natural events;
- Operational delays faced by logistics partners;
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information; or
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery to remote or less-accessible locations may take additional time.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are applicable as follows:

The applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before completion of your order.
GreenOpia may revise its shipping charges or offer promotional free-shipping benefits from time to time.
6. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared through email, SMS, WhatsApp or another available communication channel.
Tracking information may take a few hours to become active after the shipment has been handed over to the delivery partner.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver the shipment to the address provided at checkout.
Where the delivery partner is unable to locate the address, contact the recipient or complete the delivery, the delivery partner may contact you for further instructions or make additional delivery attempts in accordance with its internal policies.
Please ensure that:
- The delivery address is complete and accurate;
- The correct PIN code is provided;
- A valid mobile number is available; and
- Someone is available to receive the shipment.
GreenOpia will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated delivery information provided by the customer.
8. Secure Packaging
All orders are packed with appropriate care to minimise the risk of damage, leakage or tampering during transit.
At the time of delivery, please inspect the external packaging before accepting the shipment. Do not accept the parcel if it appears to be visibly opened, severely damaged or tampered with.
Where a tampered or damaged package is received, please contact GreenOpia immediately and share clear photographs or an unpacking video of the package, shipping label and affected products.
Any replacement, refund or other resolution will be subject to verification and the applicable Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy.
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Where a shipment is lost or materially damaged during transit, GreenOpia will coordinate with the logistics partner and take appropriate action after verification.
Depending upon the circumstances and product availability, the resolution may include:
- Replacement of the affected product;
- Reshipment of the order;
- Issuance of store credit; or
- Refund of the eligible amount.
Claims must be reported within the period specified under our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy.
10. Quality Assurance
GreenOpia follows appropriate sourcing, inspection and packaging processes for the products offered on its website.
Products are sourced or manufactured through facilities and business partners expected to comply with applicable quality, safety, labelling and regulatory requirements relevant to their respective product categories.
Product packaging, seals and labels should be checked before use. Please do not consume or use a product where the seal is broken, the packaging is damaged or the product appears unsuitable for use.
11. Online Payment and Cash Collection
GreenOpia accepts the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery.
Online payments are processed through authorised third-party payment gateways using applicable security measures. GreenOpia does not directly store complete card or banking credentials submitted through the payment gateway.
For COD orders, payment must be made only to the authorised delivery representative at the time of delivery. Customers should not transfer money to any personal account or unauthorised person claiming to represent GreenOpia.
12. Customer Information and Privacy
Personal information collected during the ordering and delivery process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for protecting customer information. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
13. Change of Delivery Address
Requests for changing the delivery address may be considered only before the order is dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, the address may not be modified. Any change requested after dispatch will be subject to the feasibility and policies of the concerned logistics partner.
14. Delayed Delivery
A delay in delivery does not automatically entitle the customer to compensation.
Where an order is materially delayed, please contact our customer support team with the order number. We will coordinate with the logistics partner and provide the available status or resolution.
15. Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are governed by GreenOpia’s applicable Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Customers should not send any product back without first contacting our customer support team and obtaining the necessary confirmation or return instructions.
