Description – Vitamin E is a combination of fat-solvent vitamins with fat-soluble properties that have benefits throughout the body. There are 8 sub-vitamins in Vitamin E, which are all antioxidants, which have four tocopherols (alpha, beta, gamma, and delta) and four tocotrienols (alpha, beta, gamma, and delta) which can treat a range of health problems.
Wheat germ oil, a naturally occurring source of Vitamin E, also includes nutrients i.e Omega 6 and Omega 3 unsaturated fats, phosphatides, phytosterols, and octacosanol. Wheat germ contains around 23 odd nutrients, including Vitamins A, B, D and E which are rare in nature.
